Artist's statement: "In this case, the work of art was not an object.  It was a neighborhood.  One of the keys to art is the capacity to transcend petty divisions, and the Main locale in St. Pete's makes visitors feel welcome and embraced.  This artistic accomplishment is accomplished courtesy of the space you inhabit, and the murals create this space."
